DRIFT Order is a German online ordering system for restaurants, bistros, pizzerias and food trucks. Restaurants get their own ordering page in their own branding for delivery and pickup — with Stripe payments, a menu manager and an optional AI phone agent. Unlike marketplace platforms that charge 30 % commission per order, with DRIFT Order restaurants pay a fixed monthly fee from 49 € per location and 0 % commission.

Sign-up takes 60 seconds. Adding your menu takes 30–60 minutes depending on its size. Linking your Stripe account takes 5 minutes. Realistically: online the same day. With the AI menu import (Agent plan) you upload a PDF of your existing menu and get the finished, structured menu back — setup in under an hour.

Three plans per location: Starter 49 €/month (up to 100 orders), Pro 149 €/month or 129 €/month on an annual plan (unlimited orders, custom branding, your own domain), Agent 299 €/month or 249 €/month on an annual plan (everything in Pro plus the AI phone agent, AI menu import, AI images, up to 5 locations). Example for a pizzeria: 600 orders per month at a 28 € average basket = 16,800 € revenue. On a platform charging 30 % commission, that's 5,040 € in commission per month. With DRIFT Order on the annual Pro plan you pay the 129 € flat fee plus around 402 € in Stripe fees = 531 € per month (3.2 % of revenue). Savings: 4,509 € per month. From around 30 orders a month, the Pro plan pays for itself compared to commission models.

0 % commission on every order. You only pay your plan's fixed monthly fee plus Stripe fees (1.5 % + 0.25 € per EU card). On a 25 € order that's about 63 cents — the remaining roughly 24.40 € stays with you. Marketplace platforms typically take 13–30 % commission per order.

Yes, from the Pro plan onward. You add a DNS record at your domain provider (or buy the domain directly through us), and we set up SSL automatically via Let's Encrypt. No extra effort, no separate hosting needed.

We support WinOrder directly. ready2order, Lightspeed K-Series, orderbird, GASTROFIX, Tillhub, Vectron, Gastronovi, Hypersoft, helloCash and SumUp POS are in the works. You can connect other tills through our generic webhook. If your POS is missing: write to us and we'll build the integration.

The Voice Agent is included in the Agent plan. It answers calls 24/7, knows your entire menu (including sizes, sides, allergens, active discounts), understands natural speech and places the order straight into the system. Response time under 1 second. It speaks German plus 16 more languages (English, Turkish, Italian, Polish, Russian, French, Spanish, Dutch and more) — switching automatically when the caller speaks another language.

Yes. Hosted with a German provider, you automatically get a data processing agreement (DPA) during onboarding, cookie consent is built in, and the subprocessor list is public at driftorder.de/subunternehmer. All personal data stays within the EU. The data belongs to the restaurant.

You get an export of your orders, menu and customer data as CSV or JSON. 30 days after cancellation your data is deleted — before that you can retrieve it again at any time. On an annual or 2-year plan you receive a pro-rated refund.

No. Self-service onboarding with a visual menu editor — no coding required. The Stripe connection runs through Stripe-hosted onboarding (5 minutes). The Agent plan includes personal onboarding: Daniel or a team member walks you through the setup step by step, builds the menu with you and configures the AI phone agent.

Yes, mobile-first. The storefront is optimized for smartphones — restaurants today typically see 70–80 % of orders from mobile. The restaurant dashboard is also fully responsive on tablet and smartphone, so staff can confirm orders right at the counter.
