Is there a commission on orders?
You pay for your chosen plan and any add-ons. There is no commission on orders. Payment provider fees, such as online payment fees, are charged separately. All prices shown are net, excluding VAT.
Can I keep my website and domain?
Yes. Link to your new ordering page from your existing website. Starter uses your restaurant address on driftorder.de. With Pro and above, you can use your own domain or subdomain, colours, fonts and logo.
How does my menu get into the system?
Import your menu from a website, PDF or photos. Review the recognised dishes, prices and details in the preview before confirming the import. Then set up opening hours, pickup or delivery, and payments. The Agent plan includes a personal setup appointment.
Does DRIFT Order work with my POS?
WinOrder can be connected directly. Other POS systems depend on the available interface and specific integration. We'll check with you whether and how orders can be transferred for your business.
When does the phone assistant start taking calls?
After telephony setup and your phone number's activation, the assistant takes orders using your menu. It is included in the Agent plan. Monthly billing: Agent 1,500, Agent Plus 4,000, Agent Max 8,000. Annual billing: Agent 1,500, Agent Plus 4,000, Agent Max 8,000. Included phone and web minutes per month; each additional Agent location adds 500 to the shared pool. Additional minute packs are available. Once all minutes are used, calls are forwarded to your restaurant, or with your approval the assistant continues at 0.25 € net per minute up to your cost limit.
What does Social Studio include?
Social Studio adds to Pro or Agent for 79 € net per location per month. It includes three connected social accounts and 500 monthly credits. Each additional account costs 15 € per month. Prepare, review and schedule your content. TikTok Stories are exported for upload in the app. Social Studio is billed monthly only.
How do the trial and billing work?
Try your first Starter or Pro subscription for 30 days without a credit card. Without a payment method, the Starter or Pro subscription pauses after the trial. Agent, Agent Plus and Agent Max are paid from the start and have no free trial. Paid add-ons are excluded from the free trial. Starter, Pro and Agent are available monthly or annually. Compared with twelve monthly payments, the annual Agent plans save €600 with Agent, €1,200 with Agent Plus and €2,400 with Agent Max. Included minutes per month stay the same. Annual subscriptions are paid in full in advance. Terms and cancellation conditions are in the terms of service.
Can I manage multiple locations?
Every main plan includes one location. Pro and Agent let you add paid locations without a fixed upper limit. Each additional Pro location costs 69 € monthly or 708 € annually. Agent costs 199 € monthly or 2,148 € annually. Agent minutes are shared between the phone and shop.
