What does DRIFT Order cost per month?+
Three plans per location: Starter €49/month (up to 100 orders), Pro €149/month or from €99/month on the 2-year plan (unlimited orders, custom branding, your own domain), Agent €299/month or from €189/month on the 2-year plan (everything in Pro plus AI phone agent and multi-location). Plus Stripe fees of 1.5 % + €0.25 per EU card. 0 % commission on orders.
How much commission does DRIFT Order take per order?+
0 %. DRIFT Order charges no order commission. You only pay your plan's fixed monthly fee plus the Stripe fees. On a €25 card order that's about 63 cents in Stripe fees — the remaining roughly €24.40 stays with the restaurant.
What's included in the 30-day trial?+
The full feature set of your chosen plan for 30 days. No credit card required, no automatic renewal. You can cancel any time, export your data, or switch to another plan. During the trial you can take real orders — Stripe must be connected for that.
Can I cancel monthly?+
Monthly plans: cancel any time to the end of the month. Yearly and 2-year subscriptions: cancellable early with a prorated refund of the unused term. Cancellation runs right in the dashboard — no phone call, no email hurdle.
Which Stripe fees apply?+
Stripe charges 1.5 % + €0.25 per card payment for EEA cards. International cards: 3.25 % + €0.25. SEPA direct debit: €0.35 flat. Stripe bills Apple Pay and Google Pay like card payments. On a €25 order that's around 63 cents. These fees go straight to Stripe, not to DRIFT Order.
Do I need a separate plan for each location?+
On the Starter and Pro plans: yes, one plan per location. On the Agent plan: up to 5 locations under one account included — ideal for restaurant chains with central management. Multi-location means a separate menu, separate opening hours and separate staff per branch, but consolidated reporting in the DRIFT dashboard.
What does a custom domain cost (e.g. order.your-restaurant.com)?+
On the Pro and Agent plans the connection is free. You add a DNS record at your domain provider (or buy the domain directly through us), and we set up SSL automatically via Let's Encrypt. Buying a domain through us: from about €10/year depending on the TLD — you'll see the exact price in the purchase flow.
What does the AI phone agent cost?+
The Voice Agent is included in the Agent plan (€299/month or from €189/month on the 2-year plan). Each call minute incurs additional costs that are billed transparently in the dashboard — depending on the language used and call duration. For a typical restaurant with 100–200 order calls/month this lands in the low double digits per month.
What happens if I exceed 100 orders on the Starter plan?+
We'll let you know in good time as you approach the limit. If you go over, you can upgrade seamlessly to the Pro plan — no order freeze, no penalty fee. Pro has no order cap.
