Annual billing: Agent €2,988/year (equivalent to €249/month) with 1,500 minutes per month, Agent Plus €7,188/year (€599/month) with 4,000, Agent Max €14,388/year (€1,199/month) with 8,000. Compared with twelve monthly payments, Agent saves €600, Agent Plus €1,200 and Agent Max €2,400 per year. One location included. Additional Pro locations €69/month or €708/year (€59/month); Agent locations €199/month or €2,148/year (€179/month) with 500 minutes each. Annual plans are billed yearly in advance. All prices exclude VAT. No commission on orders.

0 %. DRIFT Order charges no order commission. You only pay your plan's fixed monthly fee plus the Stripe fees. On a €25 card order that's about 63 cents in Stripe fees — the remaining roughly €24.40 stays with the restaurant.

All Starter or Pro features for 30 days with your first main subscription. Agent, Agent Plus and Agent Max have no free trial and are paid when booking. No credit card is required for the Starter or Pro trial. Without a payment method, that subscription pauses after the trial. You can cancel any time, export your data, or switch to another plan. During the trial you can take real orders — Stripe must be connected for that.

Minimum term: 1 month for monthly billing and 12 months for annual billing. New 2-year plans are not offered; existing contracts retain their agreed terms. Cancel with one month's notice before the end of the term; otherwise it renews for the same term. Ordinary cancellation at the end of the term does not entitle you to a refund. A prorated refund of unused prepayment applies if an annual or existing 2-year subscription is terminated early for cause attributable to DRIFT Order, effective at the end of the current month (Terms, section 4(7)). Ordinary cancellation in the dashboard is scheduled for the end of the current billing period.

Stripe charges 1.5 % + €0.25 per card payment for EEA cards. International cards: 3.25 % + €0.25. SEPA direct debit: €0.35 flat. Stripe bills Apple Pay and Google Pay like card payments. On a €25 order that's around 63 cents. These fees go straight to Stripe, not to DRIFT Order.

Pro and Agent each include one location. Each additional location is charged separately, with no fixed limit on locations. Pro: €69/month or €708/year (€59/month). Agent: €199/month or €2,148/year (€179/month), each adding 500 phone/web minutes per month to the shared pool. Annual amounts are billed in advance. Prices exclude VAT.

Connecting an existing domain is included in Pro and Agent. A new domain is priced at the registrar cost plus €15 net per year. The exact total is shown before purchase.

Monthly billing includes 1,500 shared phone/web minutes per month with Agent, 4,000 with Agent Plus and 8,000 with Agent Max. Annual billing includes the same 1,500, 4,000 and 8,000 minutes per month, saving €600 per year with Agent, €1,200 with Agent Plus and €2,400 with Agent Max compared with monthly billing. Each additional Agent location adds 500. Once all minutes are used, calls are forwarded to your restaurant, or with your approval the assistant continues at €0.25 per minute up to your cost limit. Extra packages: 200 minutes for €45, 450 for €89, 950 for €179 and 2,500 for €449, all net. A personal setup appointment is included when you start.

We'll let you know in good time as you approach the limit. If you go over, you can upgrade seamlessly to the Pro plan — no order freeze, no penalty fee. Pro has no order cap.
